UK — Car manufacturer General Motors has awarded research company Intersperience a second five-year contract to assess the company’s customer care programme.
The £500,000 contract will see Intersperience teams interview a thousand GM Vauxhall and Opel owners each month across 15 countries.
Intersperience CEO Paul Hudson said: “It’s a vote of confidence in the work we’ve already been doing for General Motors over the last six years. We have a wealth of research experience which means we can both provide value for money and deal with a complex international study.”
The previous five-year study, awarded in late 2006, was worth £1m.
