ISRAEL – Business-to-business (B2B) sales intelligence company Lusha has agreed a deal to acquire conversation intelligence platform Novacy for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition will help Lusha increase position itself as an end-to-end solution, including sales call optimisation, with the company aiming to democratise conversation intelligence technology.
Novacy runs AI-powered conversation intelligence technology that provides insights into virtual sales meetings by combining AI-driven conversation analysis with sales enablement tools.
The deal was facilitated by Pearl Cohen Law Firm for Lusha and H-F Co for Novacy.
Yoni Tserruya, chief executive officer and co-founder at Lusha, said: “Integrating Novacy’s technology into our platform will make conversation intelligence accessible to companies of all sizes, a solution that until now has been expensive and mainly available to large companies.”
Or Biderman, chief executive officer at Novacy, added: “Our technology empowers closers to close more effectively by delivering precise, actionable insights that drive smarter decision-making.
“Partnering with Lusha allows us to extend these capabilities to a significantly wider audience, raising the bar for what sales intelligence can achieve.”
