Welcome to a day in the life of Brian Tarran, Research’s news editor. Brian spent the day wearing a FishEye camera around his neck, which is used by research agency Firefish to conduct ‘lifelogging’ as part of its studies.
The camera takes a photo every seven seconds, and the result is this timelapse video of Brian’s day. Read more about it in the March issue of Research.

Wow his iPod takes a hammering! And nice to see the business lunch is alive and well. I found it a bit depressing to be honest. Made we want to chuck it all in and be a lumberjack. The Giant Redwood. The Larch. The Fir! The mighty Scots Pine! etc. Nice idea though.

Never mind the ipod Brian's stomach takes a hammering too! Clearly the only way to reach Brian is via his mobile. This is a fascinating research innovation and Firefish well deserved the innovation award.
