AUSTRALIA – Specialist research company ACA Research has expanded its team with five new recruits, including Phil Newbold and Natasha Burnley as senior account managers.
Burnley (pictured left) focuses on qualitative research and was previously at Ecorys UK, where she led research and evaluation studies within healthcare and the public sector.
Newbold (pictured right) was previously based in the UK and has worked for companies including YouGov, IFF Research and the GravityLight Foundation, as well as carrying out recent bespoke research projects for clients in the public and non-profit sectors.
Melissa Borg has joined ACA as an account manager, returning to Australia after two years spent working for Decision Point Research in Toronto.
Previously, Borg spent four years working for Ogilvy PR in Australia.
Paj Johnstone has also been hired as account executive, after spending almost three years with Lonergan Research.
Angus McLachlan has been appointed by ACA as graduate researcher, the fourth graduate to have joined the firm this year.
James Organ, managing director at ACA Research, said: “Phil, Natasha and Mel bring strong research experience from Australia and overseas, ensuring that we continue to challenge ourselves to deliver best-in-class research studies that enable our clients to solve complex business problems.
“Paj and Angus are both fantastic young researchers, and we look forward to seeing their development as they begin building their careers.”
