US— Social media monitoring firm NetBase has begun signing up research agencies to a partner programme under which staff can become certified NetBase consultants.
JD Power & Associates, SmithGeiger and Seek Research have joined the programme, and staff members will go through “intensive training” on NetBase’s products.
The next stage, NetBase said, will see the firm collaborate with agencies to “fulfil the social media technology and research services needs of mutual clients”, which will include the development of industry-specific dashboards, tracking reports and custom research projects.
Rich Belanger, JD Power’s vice president of technology said: “NetBase’s social media research tool and unique natural language processing technology, combined with JD Power’s world class research methodologies and industry expertise will unleash powerful and actionable Voice of the Customer insights.”
SmithGeiger president and co-founder Seth Geiger added: “The insights and trends captured from these conversations deepen our understanding and inform SmithGeiger’s ability to support our clients’ success in the marketplace.”
