JAPAN— Online sampling and data collection firm AIP has opened a subsidiary office in India to offer back-office support to the company.
The New Delhi office currently has six members of staff but AIP said that this figure is set to grow. As well as providing the company with back-office support, the Indian office will also provide scripting services.
It will be led by Roy Kimura (pictured), who has been appointed director.
Hidefumi Watanabe, CEO at AIP, said: “After investigating many outsourcing options in India and around the world, we eventually came to the decision that the best way to ensure the level of quality that our clients have come to expect was to build our team from scratch.
“Adding in-house capabilities in India ensures that we are able to efficiently meet our growing capacity needs, while at the same time keeping the levels of service and attention to detail that we commit to our clients.”
