US— Web analytics and data-driven marketing agencies PublicInsite, VKI Studios and WebShare have merged to create a new company, Cardinal Path.
The new firm will begin providing services to clients this month, with full integration of the three companies scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2011.
Senior partner John Hossack (pictured), formerly of VKI Studios, said: “We kept hearing companies tell us, ‘We want a design firm that knows how to measure its results,’ ‘We need to be trained and empowered in the services you’re providing,’ ‘We want to work with a single group with the expertise to architect, implement, and maintain our online strategies’. And we thought, ‘What if we had the human resources, the expertise and the specialised skill sets of Webshare, PublicInsite, and VKI Studios?’ Well, David Booth [WebShare], Corey Koberg [WebShare], Alex Langshur [PublicInsite], David Eckman [VKI Studios] and I put our heads together and asked ourselves: what if we stopped asking ‘what if’?”.
Cardinal Path has offices in Vancouver, Ottawa, San Diego, Boston, Green Bay, Phoenix and Boston. Services on offer include web analytics and digital intelligence, benchmarking, competitive intelligence, social media and database marketing and usability testing.
