US— Online data collection firm Authentic Response has signed up to use MarketTools’ TrueSample online panel cleaning technology to remove fake, duplicate and unengaged respondents from its samples.
Authentic Response CEO Jim Follett said: “Providing reliable data quality has always been, and always will be, a strong strategic priority. Our goal with this partnership is to offer our clients best-of-breed solutions that enhance quality and ensure data integrity.”
The panel provider say it recruits around 10,000 respondents a day and offers access to a total sample of approximately four million panelists worldwide.
