US— Online clothing brand Bonobos has signed up to use Qualtrics’ data collection platform to gather customer data around its menswear range.
The firm said that using the Qualtrics platform will allow it to send out surveys to customers, giving them a better understanding of what they are looking for and ideas on how products can be improved.
Initial results of the research include Bonobos designing a better fitting shirt and making changes to its sweater and denim ranges.
Craig Elbert, VP of marketing at Bonobos (pictured), said: “Since the start, we’ve built our business on customer input in order to design better-fitting clothes and a better shopping experience. By leveraging Qualtrics as our do-it-yourself research platform, we’re able to effortlessly create intuitive surveys, therby targeting specific markets while working within a lean start-up budget.”
