US & SWITZERLAND – Breakfast cereal maker Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW), a joint venture between Nestlé and General Mills, has implemented a generative AI assistant.
The tool, ‘Max’, developed by generative AI consulting and analytics business AnswerRocket, will be used to inform decision-making within the organisation, through conversational analysis.
The companies worked together to design a generative AI analytics approach focused on workflows including market trend analysis and brand performance evaluation.
CPW has deployed the tool to its consumer market insights and analytics teams, and plans to expand its capabilities to include additional marketing and consumer research data sets in the coming months.
Tony Rimmer, global head of analytics at CPW, said the tool had reduced the time spent on manual analysis and equipped teams with “on-demand insights and faster, more confident decision-making”.
