UK— Ci Research has changed its name to Mustard and unveiled a new corporate image in a move that the firm says will provide it with a new “high-impact brand identity”.
The agency, which serves clients in both the public and private sectors, has been in business for 21 years and offers techniques including MROCs, social monitoring and research, ethnography and filming.
Colin Auton (pictured), Mustard’s managing director, said: “The re-brand is a bold and positive step forward for the business. Our customer feedback told us that we’ve been delivering high-quality and hig- impact research for our clients, but that the service experience didn’t mirror our brand perceptions in terms of how we behave and what we deliver. It was imperative that the branding reflected the level of creative thinking and innovation that flows through the business.”
