SHANGHAI— Cido has opened a Shanghai office for its Chinese operations. It will be led by former STL Technology VP Linda Ho (pictured) as general manager.
Cido China will handle all mainland China operations and has been described as “an important strategic expansion for the company”. The new office follows other regional offices being launched in India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia.
The managing director of Cido Asia Pacific, Chris Farquhar, said: “Supported by a dedicated project management team with local market expertise in methodological guidance, sampling and quotations, Cido China’s services include telephone and face-to-face interviewing, online research, qualitative research and in-house data processing.”
Sharon Wong has also been transferred from the Hong Kong office to become projects director, China, reporting to the director of project management, Vicki Shum.
