UK — Customer feedback specialist ServiceTick has been appointed by UK personal lines insurance group BGL to monitor and improve brand advocacy scores.
ServiceTick will deliver over 100 different questionnaires each month to BGL customers to measure customer satisfaction and advocacy across multiple brands and touchpoints with scores being tracked monthly.
BGL is best known for its price comparison site comparethemarket.com – and its ‘compare the meerkat’ ad campaign – and also offers a range of insurance products through Bennetts, Budget, Dial Direct and Junction’s relationship with well-known brands.
Managing director of Bennetts Vince Chaney said: “ServiceTick is enabling us to collect detailed data over a significant time period, which is invaluable in helping us enhance an already first class customer experience.”
