US — Data visualisation software developer Tableau Software has begun the process of an Initial Public Offering (IPO) with a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The registration on Form S-1 with the SEC relates to a proposed IPO of shares of its Class A common stock although the number of shares to be offered and the price range have yet to be determined.
Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are acting as lead joint book-running managers for the offering while Credit Suisse Securiti4es and JP Morgan Securities are acting as book-running managers.
UBS Securities and BMO Capital Markets are acting as co-lead managers while JMP Securities is acting as co-manager.
In December, Tableau provided 10,000 licences of its flagship data visualisation product to Deloitte Consulting as part of a strategic relationship between the two companies.
