ITALY— Social media research agency DigitalMR has struck a partnership with Italian health marketing firm Brandnew Marketing Communications (BNMC) to develop new services for the pharma and healthcare markets.
The two firms will use online consumer feedback to identify areas for improving customer engagement and driving online advocacy. BNMC, which has offices in Rome and Milan, will also become the official distributor of DigitalMR’s services to Italian clients.
Letizia Affinito, founder and MD of BNMC said: “This partnership will allow us to create marketing communications in a new way, using insights to improve customer engagement and amplify positive word of mouth thus creating more effective campaigns for our clients.”
DigitalMR founder Michalis Michael (pictured) added: “Next generation market research is about co-creating among brand and product advocates, working in partnership with marketing to produce optimised communications campaigns.”
