UK — Dollywagon Media Sciences has launched a social media analytics company, Colourtext.
Colourtext is a semantic analysis dashboard that automatically ‘reads’ social media, market research and customer satisfaction messages to examine what customers think or feel about brands and how perceptions translate into behaviour.
The company said the dashboard addressed a growing challenge of huge volumes of feedback from social networks, customer helplines and market research surveys for many brands and organisations.
Writing on its site, Colourtext CEO and Dollywagon founder Jason Brownlee commented: “This is a treasure-trove of rich information. But the value is locked away because there’s too much of it for people to read through and interpret manually. Getting a clear sense of what consumers are discussing is impossible. Colourtext solves this problem.”
