US/UK— Data modelling agency WePredict has teamed up with automotive data insight firm Enprecis to launch a new predictive analytics platform for the car industry.
The platform will incorporate information about vehicle quality, warranties, service and customer satisfaction, which the firms say will provide car-makers with “unprecedented” insight into vehicle performance, down to an individual level.
Enprecis’s customer feedback about vehicle quality will be combined with WePredict’s data analytics offering from warranty sources.
WePredict’s chief technology officer Tim Davis said: “We are excited about bringing WePredict data analytics to bear on the innovative methods Enprecis has pioneered in tapping into the vehicle experience. Our collaboration will provide auto-makers with clear recommendations on what to do to make the customer experience as satisfying as possible.”
