US— Former Arbitron executive Pierre Bouvard has joined advertising ROI measurement agency TRA, where he will oversee sales and customer relationships with networks and stations.
Bouvard (pictured) left Arbitron last September ending a 23-year spell with the company, latterly as executive vice president of sales.
He has been working with TRA for almost a year as a member of its board and advisory board and in his role as chairman of the International Radio and Television Society Foundation.
TRA has also hired Kelly Mead as vice president of advertiser sales and Susan Cuccinello as vice president of network account management.
Mead was previously a vice president at Nielsen where she held a leadership role in the firm’s joint venture with Catalina Marketing and was part of the Project Apollo, the ad impact measurement project run in conjunction with Arbitron.
Cuccinello, meanwhile, was previously senior vice president of research at the Television Bureau of Advertising, where she spent almost 16 years.
TRA chairman and CEO Mark Lieberman said: “We are pleased to welcome Kelly, Pierre and Susan, and the unique strengths they bring with them, to the TRA team. The company is enjoying great momentum in the industry and as such we’ve been able to attract the best people, clients, partners and investors. These individuals continue in the tradition of working with best-of-breed industry leaders.”
