UK— Former FreshNetworks community manager Holly Seddon has launched a digital training and consultancy called Spoke Digital with partners James Seddon and Ilana Fox, specialising in social media, community engagement and content.
The trio all have publishing backgrounds, Holly Seddon having previously worked as community manager for iVillage, diet editor for The Sun Online and commercial editor for Associated Northcliffe Digital. Fox was most recently social media manager for fashion retailer Asos.com and community editor for The Sun, while James Seddon is homepage editor for Virgin Media, and a former deputy night editor of the Guardian.co.uk.
“This is a great year to be launching Spoke Digital. This sector is maturing,” said Holly Seddon. “People are starting to ask for proof of return on investment, for efficiency in processes and for best practice models. Digital media is growing up and organisations need guidance through this new age.”
