UK— Mystery shopping and customer satisfaction agency Grass Roots has hired Sarah Wood as research director to oversee various programmes for key clients.
Wood (pictured) comes to the firm after an 11-year spell with National Savings & Investments, where she last held the role of head of customer experience. Before that, she spent six years at Co-operative Insurance.
At Grass Roots she will manage a team of account managers focusing on financial services, retail, automotive and telecoms clients.
Head of commercial relations Jamie Thorpe said: “We are very happy to have Sarah on board. Our business is growing, so it’s a pleasure to welcome new faces. With her expertise in customer experience, I’m confident that Sarah will strengthen the day-to-day delivery of our clients’ programmes, support our account managers and be a valuable member of the team.”
