US— Hall & Partners has hired Vanessa Hartnoll to build and run a new shopper insights practice within the Omnicom-owned market research agency.
Hartnoll (pictured) is based in New York but has a remit to establish the practice globally.
A cornerstone of the new offering will be ‘Shopper Engager’ – an extension of Hall & Partner’s Engager model, which links brand engagement to company profits.
Hartnoll is the former president and CEO of Impetus Consulting, a global channel, sales and retail consultancy within the Omnicom Group.
Vanella Jackson, global CEO of Hall & Partners, said: “Shopper Insights will enable us to deliver stronger profit-driving strategies to our clients, and Vanessa is the ideal person to bring shopper insights to life for them. No one understands the diversity of today’s shoppers and the path to purchase more than Vanessa.”
