HONG KONG— Harris Interactive is introducing its online qualitative research offering Advanced Strategy Lab (ASL) in Asia – beginning with a client meeting in Hong Kong earlier today.
ASL was originally developed by Wirthlin Worldwide, the agency bought by Harris in 2004. It allows for anonymous input from up to 24 participants, each of whom take part in a group session using laptop computers housed in a dedicated facility, or they can log in via the internet to take part remotely.
Robert Salvoni (pictured), Harris’s managing director for Europe and Asia, says the approach combines “the best benefits of in-person and online qualitative research”. The company says it can be used for a range of ideation, strategy and research sessions.
The launch of ASL in the region follows its debut 12 years ago in the US and its launch two years ago in Europe.
