US— Harris Interactive’s chief technology officer Richard Scionti has left the firm and become chief information officer at strategic brand and marketing consultancy Prophet.
In his new role Scionti is responsible for technology “vision and strategy”, the company said.
Chief operating and financial officer Simon Marlow said: “[Scionti] has a very deep level of expertise in using technology to reshape businesses as well as increase the power of marketing.”
He left Harris in May, according to his Linkedin profile, the same month Al Angrisani was brought in to advise on a turnaround strategy for the firm.
Angrisani eventually moved into the role of interim CEO, replacing chief executive Kimberly Till who brought Scionti into Harris in 2009 having previously worked with him at TNS North America.
Other recent high profile departures from Harris include CIO Enzo Micali and CFO Pavan Bhalla.
