US— Biometrics research agency Innerscope has opened an office in Los Angeles to expand its presence on the American West Coast.
The firm has hired Bill Stephenson (pictured) as SVP of sales and client services to lead the new office and he will be supported by newly promoted account director Emily Hardy and senior market research consultant Marjan Massoudian.
Before joining Innerscope Stephenson was at Nielsen where he was vice president of advertiser sales and client services and worked with clients in the automotive, pharmaceutical, retail and financial services sectors.
Prior to his time with Nielsen he served as project manager for in-vehicle technology at Ford Motor Company’s Lincoln Brand Marketing Division.
Hardy has been with the firm since 2008 and Massoudian was previously vice president at eye-tracking firm the V.E.R.T Group.
Innerscope CEO and chief scientist Carl Marci said: “With our growing list of clients and partners across the country and particularly on the West Coast, this allows us to provide the hands-on service and experience that clients expect from Innerscope. Bill, Emily and Marjan’s experience and understanding of the technologies driving media research will prove critical assets as Innerscope expands its national presence.”
