InnovateMR adds machine learning to text analysis tool

Text Analyzer allows users to streamline the analysis of open-ended text responses, and the new machine learning engine will allow open-ended responses to be analysed in real time and filtered before being sent to researchers.

Key features include quality checks on content, an algorithm to make sure responses are relevant to the questions asked and availability in UK and US English, Spanish, French and German.
