UK— Insight Research Group has promoted Lee Gazey to the newly created role of commercial development director and added four new members of staff.
Gazey has spent the last two years as a research director at the firm, which is part of Cello Research, and will now be responsible for leading business development and managing key accounts.
Insight’s joint managing director Jane Shirley said: “Lee’s new role is an exciting step for everyone involved, as we really believe having someone dedicated to commercial development will be an asset to Insight moving forward. We have created this role to help us to generate high levels of customer-centred innovation and re-energise the internal processes.”
The firm has also recruited Emma Stewart and Jenny Service as senior research executives and Siobhan Connolly and Anthony Rowbottom as research executives.
Stewart joins the firm from Ipsos, Service from Directions Research and Marketing, Connolly from Research Works and Rowbottom from Kadence.
