US— Thomas Gallagher has been appointed vice president in the financial services practice at Ipsos Loyalty.
Gallagher (pictured) was previously co-founder and president at Gallagher-Lee Research, a consultancy specialising in brand tracking, brand equity and other strategic research. He worked with clients including Procter & Gamble, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Pepsico, Home Depot and Viacom.
Prior to that he was EVP at NFO Worldwide (formerly Ross-Cooper-Lund) and also served as vice president at Simmons Market Research Bureau.
Jeff Repace, SVP of the financial services practise, at Ipsos Loyalty said: “The financial services sector can be complex and challenging to comprehend, and just as difficult is gaining a full understanding of what consumers expect from their providers.
“But with Thomas Gallagher’s extensive experience and knowledge in understanding consumer behaviour, we believe that Ipsos Loyalty will be better positioned to help our financial service clients gain deeper insights into what makes their consumers tick.”
