POLAND— Ipsos has promoted Jacek Otffinowski to president of its Polish business, replacing Dinko Svetopetrica who leaves the company a year and three months into the role “to pursue new career opportunities”, according to a statement.
Otffinowski (pictured top) has been with Ipsos for more than six years and is credited with having established the Polish arm of Ipsos’s ASI advertising research practice, of which he was latterly director.
He came to the company following stints in senior level positions for advertising agencies including Euro RSCG, Wunderman and Tequila.
Steven Vogt (pictured below) replaces Otffinowski as Ipsos ASI director. He was previously an associate director of the division and has worked for the company since 2006.
