US— Ipsos OTX MediaCT has hired Joseph Cesaria as senior vice president of business development, where he will be charged with building client relationships for the media, content and technology practice.
Cesaria joins from InsightExpress where he served as group director of media research, and previously worked as director of client development for Ipsos Insight.
When he was last with Ipsos he was responsible for identifying and developing new business in specific industry sectors including financial services, telecoms, consumer packaged goods and media.
Ipsos OTX MediaCT president Bruce Friend said: “Joe Cesaria is an experienced and accomplished market researcher who understands the complexities and challenges faced by companies in the media business. I am confident that he will help connect our clients to the research solutions they need to drive their business forward in an ever-changing landscape.”
Cesaria will be based at the firm’s New York office.
