UK— Revenue increased 10% to $12.8m for Kadence International for the financial year ending 30 June.
US and UK growth was 6% and 7% respectively, while the agency’s Asian offices raced ahead – India was up 80%, Malaysia 44%, Indonesia 56% and China 26%.
Kadence’s data collection-only (DCO) business was flat; growth was driven by its insight services, up 20%.
Chairman Simon Everard said: “We are delighted with the company’s strong performance during such a difficult global economic period.
“We are pleased with both the advancement of our insight offering and the solid operation of the DCO team, which has avoided the struggles faced by many of our peers over the last year.”
Everard said the firm had already seen a pick-up in business in the new financial year, including winning a number of global projects.
He credits such wins to the firm’s success in Asia – success Everard will soon look to repeat in Latin America. He says he is “desperate” to get into Brazil and plans to have an office there by this time next year.
