US— Kadence UK managing director Kieron Mathews has been relocated to the firm’s US office and given the role of joint CEO for Europe and North America.
Mathews (pictured) has been with the firm since 2004 and was promoted to managing director for UK operations in 2008.
In his new role he will be based in Boston and work alongside Owen Jenkins as joint CEO for Europe and North America. Kadence said he would remain “actively involved” in delivering projects managed by the UK division.
Kadence’s global chairman Simon Everard said: “The US market is huge, and the new business opportunities immense. Kieron’s move to work alongside Owen Jenkins ensures that we have a strong and dynamic platform to expand our US presence and meet our growth strategy.”
The firm said that instead of appointing a new managing director for UK operations, it is in the process of appointing an “insight board of directors” that will report to Mathews and Everard.
