UK/INDIA— Kantar has renewed its contract with business and knowledge process outsourcing firm WNS after working with the company for the last five years.
Under the new contract, WNS will carry out a range of market research operations including survey programming, coding, data processing/management and charting, as well as interviewing.
Kantar Operations CEO Sharon Potter (pictured) said: “The company has a highly professional and experienced delivery team, which clearly understands our project goals and requirements. This has enabled us to realise significant cost efficiency and business value operationally.”

This shows that there is a continued need for outsourcing in the MR industry. The cost efficiency and business value outsourcing brings are important for the MR industry.
