SINGAPORE – Global insights business Kantar TNS has appointed Stephane Sanchez as regional head of customer strategies in Asia Pacific based in Singapore.
Sanchez (pictured) joins from construction manufacturer Caterpillar where he was global customer experience and design project manager. At Kantar TNS he will lead the customer strategies practice in the region.
Jon Foged, chief strategy and business development officer, APAC, Insights, Kantar, said: “As new technologies continually reinvent the customer journey, clients in Asia are looking for a deeper understanding of their customer relationships across diverse and dynamic markets. Sanchez’s expertise in delivering customer experience strategy for a leading global manufacturer will strengthen our ability to guide our clients in this area.”
