US— Sholien Houng-Babalis has been appointed director of client service at Kantar Video, the research group’s video innovation division.

Other roles she has held include manager for publisher relations at WPP-owned online data collection agency Safecount, digital traffic manager at Draftfcb and advertising coordinator at OgilvyOne.
In her new role at Kantar she will be responsible for managing client, partner and publisher relations for the Kantar Videolytics service, an online and mobile video tracking and optimisation platform that is currently in beta mode and set to go live in the Autumn.
She will report to Kantar Video CEO Bill Lederer.
