UK — Echo Research founder Sandra Macleod is to leave the company at the end of the month following its integration into Ebiquity Group.
Reputation analysis and media measurement firm Echo Research was acquired by media intelligence company Ebiquity in May 2011 and the integration will also see Echo Research rebranded as Ebiquity from 1 July 2013.
Macleod founded Echo Research in 1999 as a full-service research firm after relinquishing the CARMA International media analysis franchise in Europe, which she originally set up in 1989.
“As demands and expectations on organisations are changing rapidly, reputation is clearly moving up the corporate agenda. I see a growing need for senior-level counsel on such matters which are material to organisational success, which my experience makes me well placed to support,” said Macleod.
