US – CourtLynn Enterprises has announced the launch of its new market intelligence arm, Griffin Wilds.
According to the announcement, Griffin Wilds will focus its efforts on ‘uncovering the thoughts, feelings, wants and desires of customers'.
It will work with digital research platforms ‘to create products that uncover the key motivators of customers', having already created a suite of products that combine cognitive psychology with brand equity, brand loyalty and other measures to give a holistic view of the customer.
"We are dedicated to making sure that our clients know what their customers are thinking," said Courteney Wilds (pictured), managing partner of the firm.
Wilds will be joined by Katherine McKeithen, who will provide leadership direction on all projects.
The firm is based in New Jersey, in the US.
