UK – Consumer insights and consulting agency MindMover has launched a do-it-yourself software platform for research.
The ‘QuMind’ service, built using artificial intelligence, offers clients access to a selection of quantitative and qualitative digital research tools including insight communities, reporting and text analytics.
Alan Hargreaves, director at QuMind, said: "QuMind offers a user-friendly interface covering live chat, bulletin boards, interactive surveys, analysis, insight and community management tools, as well as access to global online sample.
"This enables combined quantitative and qualitative projects to be managed from one place and also means your data is more secure as it avoids transference across platforms."
