THAILAND — MInteraction, the unit of GroupM Thailand dedicated to digital research & consumer insights, has expanded its strategic communications department with three new appointments.
The new roles are: Chingcharn Kaveevuth as associate director, digital strategy, Payungsak Kiatruangkit as manager, digital strategy, and Pan Jroongtanapibarn as manager, strategy resources & insights. All will work across mInteraction’s disciplines and GroupM’s agencies in Thailand including Mindshare, MEC, Mediacom, and Maxus.
The newly established unit of Research & Consumer Insights is a sub-function of Digital Strategy Department, led by Neil Mavichak – head of digital strategy & corporate communications.
Since March 2015, the team has conducted several consumer studies such as ‘The New Internet Users’, ‘Confidently Beautiful’, and ‘The Truth of Blogger Behaviour in Thailand’ – a co-research project with Nuffnang. Upcoming research projects include ones on millennial and e-Commerce behaviour.
