SINGAPORE— Food and drink specialist MMR Research Worldwide is launching an Asian business with Clive Little, former TNS regional director, at the helm.
Little is based in Singapore and is tasked with overseeing the delivery of MMR’s sensory, product optimisation and NPD research services in the region. To support its work in Asia, the company has also opened a sensory science centre in Shanghai, China. It already operates sensory panels in the UK and US.
Managing director Mat Lintern said: “Many of our clients are focusing on expanding into Asia, which represents a huge but challenging market for food, drink and personal care brands. With the opening of our Asian operation, and the leadership of Clive Little, we are able to become a truly global partner for our multinational clients.”
Little has spent the past four years as regional director for Hong Kong and Singapore at TNS. Prior to that he was CEO for sectors, expertise and strategic development covering Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
