UK— Munro Global has been appointed the main research partner for not-for-profit company Anchor, which specialises in providing care services to the elderly.
Anchor is looking to reorganise both its internal structure and its position in the market, and will run a customer intelligence programme to examine the firm’s relationships with existing and potential customer and the performance of customer-facing and operational staff.
Howard Nankivell, Anchor’s head of sales and marketing, said: “As part of Anchor’s continued drive to put the customer at the heart of what we do, our customer intelligence programme is absolutely key in understanding our current performance as well as developing and shaping our future customer proposition.”
Charlotte Cornich (pictured) Munro COO added: “Our research will play a key role in helping Anchor achieve their goal to provide care and housing to an important and growing group in society.”
