UK— Research group Munro Global has launched a new division, Munro Analytics, offering forecasting, cluster analysis, geographic and geo-demographic analysis, text mining and other services.
Munro Global’s chief operating officer Charlotte Cornish (pictured) said: “We know that there are many people who are swimming in data and need help to identify how they can turn this into something meaningful for their organisation.
“This might be to build a balanced scorecard, report on KPIs, identify gaps in their service delivery and so on. Munro Analytics will meet that need.”
The division is staffed by a team of six, pooled from companies across the group – which includes FDS International, 3000ft Strategic Insight, Maven Research and Acefieldwork. Group turnover is forecast to exceed £10 million in 2010.
