UK— MMR Research Worldwide has drafted in nine new executives since the start of the year, including former TNS research director Ian Horritt.
Horritt takes up the role of qualitative director after a recent stint focusing on retail and shopper research and ethnography. Frances Pirie, formerly of the Business Advantage Group, joins the firm as an associate director.
Three new research managers are also on board: Rob Hack, previously of the Audit Commission, Anna O’Connell, ex-Hall & Partners and BMW, and Nick Chancellor, who was most recently a senior research manager with Ipsos Public Affairs in Toronto.
Helen Torrens-Burton and Bridget Chatley become trainee survey creators, and in the Healthcare Research Worldwide business, Paul Tinworth, formerly of Maven Research, is named senior research manager.
Meanwhile in the US, Ronita Ghatak joins the company as sensory panel leader after spending the past year working for Hunter College in New York, instructing students in human nutrition, food science and product development.
