AUSTRALIA— Nunwood Asia Pacific has been appointed by Australian supermarket chain Woolworths to run a customer experience research programme.
The news coincides with the opening of Nunwood’s second office in Australia, in Melbourne. Nunwood will use its Fizz customer experience platform, which integrates customer feedback from multiple sources to work on the “major” Woolworths contract.
Will Soulsby, who leads the insight team at Woolworths, said: “We’re looking forward to developing this program with Nunwood. We chose them for their demonstrated expertise, and the way they use technology to integrate all elements of the programme. We think this will give us a distinct advantage as we continue to build on our customer experience.”
Nunwood Asia Pacific joint MD Anna Thomas (pictured) added: “We’re delighted to work with clients like Woolworths, for whom the customer really is king. Our approach to customer experience management means we work closely with the people who use our findings. Our new office in Melbourne will help us maintain that partnership ethos.”
