UK – England’s regulator of higher education, the Office for Students (OfS), has appointed review website Student Hut for a long-term research partnership using its opinion panel.
The partnership, which is set to last for three to five years, will research the views of student groups, including applicants, undergraduates, graduates and postgraduates, exploring views on access to higher education and perceptions of value for money.
Student Hut’s panel has 120,000 members and is used by brands, agencies and institutions.
The impact of OfS and its work will be measured as part of the project, with initial insights from the research setting a baseline which will be tracked to inform future plans and activities.
Kas Nicholls, director, Student Hut Opinion Panel said: “This long-term partnership with Office for Students will ensure we better understand and measure the perceptions of students to make a real impact on key issues in the higher education sector, such as participation and fair access.”
