OpinionRoute hires CIO

Ratcliff was most recently senior vice-president of EIQ Research Solutions at business intelligence company EnsembleIQ. Prior to that, he was president of Carbonview Research. 

OpinionRoute is headquartered in Ohio and offers technology and data collection services for the research industry.
