US— Business process outsourcing firm Stream has launched an analytics arm that aims to help clients “achieve tangible, data-driven business improvements”.
The new business analytics group will gather, measure and analyse data related to key business processes and then recommend specific improvements to clients.
A team of “survey experts” will also be on hand to develop and interpret customer and employee satisfaction and marketing surveys, the firm said.
Vice president of business analytics Andres Phippard said: “Many companies today do not have the resources internally to effectively analyse the enormous volumes of data they are capturing from their customer base, or to generate meaningful insights from that data in a timely manner. Through the development of this dedicated analytics team, Stream provides clients with the ability to rapidly identify the most meaningful drivers of customer loyalty, and build internal processes that verifiably improve the overall customer experience, in a way that positively impacts their bottom line.”
