The Myers Group, a US healthcare survey research firm, has hired Janice Karkula as director of production services. Karkula will lead call centre and survey administration operations.
Media intelligence company VMS has appointed David Stephens as president, based in the US, giving him full operating responsibility for the firm. Stephens reports to chairman Robert Waggoner. He joins from Wolters Kluwer Health where he was managing director for Asia Pacific.
River Research in the UK has hired Henry Archer as a research executive, joining from GfK NOP where he worked in financial research in the company’s graduate training scheme. Ela Wloch also joins as a research executive from ORC International, where she specialised in public sector employee research.
Net Promoter co-developer Satmetrix has hired Raj Bhargava as senior vice president of products and service delivery. He comes to the company from Oracle where he was group vice president of product development.
McCallum Layton has made two new appointments; former York Consulting research executive Andrew Magee joins the quantitative team as a senior research executive and Nick Allen joins as a multimedia designer in the client communications department.
