UK— Mobile retailer Phones 4u has launched uBar, an online community to exchange feedback and ideas with mobile phone users to test new products and services.
The community is built on Vision Critical technology and members will be drawn from among Phones 4u’s customer base – although non-customers can apply to join through the website.
Surveys will solicit feedback and opinions on a range of topics, including new mobile phone designs, new product offers and marketing concepts. Members will also be invited to take part in snap polls, the first of which asks, ‘Where is best to hang out online?’.
Phones 4u’s head of customer insight Graeme Ford said: “The insight we gain from the uBar will increase the accuracy of tariff and product placement and increase marketing effectiveness and engagement.”
