UK— Kantar Retail has hired Bryan Roberts as director of EMEA retail insights, responsible for developing and marketing the firm’s market insights products throughout the region.
Roberts (pictured) joins from shopping insights agency Planet Retail where he was global research director and led an analyst team that specialised in food, drug and mass retail insights.
During his 15-year career, Kantar said, Roberts has worked with “some of the largest companies in the retail sector” focusing on issues such as the impact of customer-centricity, range rationalisation and store concept development.
Kantar Retail CEO Wayne Levings said: “As a key thought-leader within the industry, Bryan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will further strengthen our European and global retail insights and analysis and he will ensure that the quality of insights we provide our clients is second to none.”
