UK — Research and strategy consultancy Populus has won the tender for mobile phone retailer Phones 4u’s annual brand tracking programme.
Populus replaces incumbent agency Vision Critical following a tender process involving six agencies.
Populus’s director of customer research Gary Muncaster said: “Phones 4u is a fun, creative and energetic brand that is one of the most recognisable in the mobile phone market. We look forward to working with them in the year ahead and to helping them understand the impact their brand is having on delivering enhanced business performance”.
